During a journey through Mongolia, Singaporean artist Siyuan Aw met Bekku, a young eagle hunter. For ten years, Bekku had shared a deep, silent bond with his eagle-a relationship built on trust, respect, and tradition. One day, under skies marked by sacred omens known only to the elders, Bekku understood it was time to set his companion free. Siyuan Aw was present for their final 24 hours together.

Through subtle, emotionally resonant images, the book explores profound themes such as love, grief, letting go, and the quiet strength of change.
