Refund policy

While we do not accept refunds nor returns, we are able to facilitate exchanges for your item purchased online within 7 days.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@thetoyfolks.com. If your exchange is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package - whether directly at our store or with a courier. Do note that all courier fees and any subsequent re-delivery charges will be undertaken by the sender.
